FROM VINEYARD TO BOTTLE

01 · HARVEST

At the right moment, the grapes are carefully harvested, preserving their freshness, quality and individual character.

02 · SELECTION

The grapes are carefully selected before entering the winery, ensuring that only the best fruit continues through the winemaking process.

03 · WINEMAKING

In the winery, each variety follows its own path. Fermentation and extraction are carefully monitored to express the character of the grapes and their terroir.

04 · MATURATION

Time becomes part of the process. The wines mature under controlled conditions, allowing their aromas, structure and complexity to develop naturally.

05 · BOTTLING

Once the wine reaches its intended balance, it is bottled and prepared for its next stage, preserving its identity until it reaches the table.

06 · DISTRIBUTION

From the Quinta de Covela to selected markets and partners, the wines begin their journey beyond the estate, ready to be discovered, shared and enjoyed.
